"The best thing I learned from photographers, is to be always on time. And that modeling is a job, which means that even though its fun, its something to be taken seriously and once in front of the camera, you really need to give it all your best efforts because if you don't the camera can tell."

"Most memorable experience? It would be my first time modeling. I was so nervous being in front of so many people that I didn't want to mess it up. And after the shoot, everyone applauded and was really impressed. During that moment, something hits me. I realized that this is something that I want to work on, a career that I can focus on."
"My style when it comes to Fashion is comfort to casual. I can be seen wearing a work out clothes to designer clothes. I love to wear jeans and a nice button down or a fitted shirt with blazer and a nice dress shoes. But usually you'll find me wearing some nice dress pants and dress shirt. But definitely, I like to have a nice suit on as every man should have one, especially if you are a model."

"I'm such a care-free person who just enjoys living life. And when I'm on the set for a shoot, that's when I'm really having fun, talking to photographers, assistants and other models around. During the shoot, I never go through the motions regardless of how many shots we have done because you never know which shot would turn out to be the best one."

So how does Marshall deal with rejections? "I don't let rejections faze me but rather I view it as motivator to excel in future endeavors. As in every audition, there's specific looks that goes with it, if I'm not the model for that job, I just move on and use that experience to become a much stronger, experienced and better model." His audition or shoot preparations? "Before an audition or shoot, I always get a facial done so that my skin and face can be clear and smooth, usually hair cut and shave." Marshall also added that going to the gym everyday that leads up to the audition or the shoot is definitely a must. "I take in more water before a shoot, gets a lot of sleep to avoid those sleepy eyes plus I also like to talk to that special person in my life for words of encouragement before the shoot or audition" His advise for new models? "Do not let anybody stops you from going towards your dream. When you're starting out, there will be a lot of rejections, you'll not going to get every job you apply for, but be positive and just focus on your goals. Be flexible, professional, and also try the other venues in this industry like acting, as the opportunities for success in this industry is definitely unlimited." Marshall is totally one of the hottest models around, his passion for modeling, strong drive for success and his winning personality are definitely inspiring.
