"I’ve worked with a number of great photographers from Les Byerley, to Mark Henderson, to Mark Jenkins, to Louis Lasalle. One lesson I learned from all of them was to just relax. Many times fitness models tend to squeeze or tighten up too much to show their definition. The bottom line is that if you are well defined, it will show even in a relaxed state."
"When it comes to my fitness routines….I like to switch it up a lot. You don’t want to get your body used to the same routine. I change my routine about every month and a half. It’s all about shocking the muscles and not getting too comfortable with the same workouts over and over again. This, along with eating clean and consistent throughout the day is what it’s all about for me. I will be posting my specific routines, as well as what I fuel my body with at Bryan Seth."

"If I could use one word to describe what makes me the man that I am today, it would have to be “passion.” I am very passionate about whatever it is that I am doing. I have always felt that in order to be the best that you could be, you need to have passion. Passion is what gives me the drive to achieve my goals. Without passion, you could only go so far."

"One message that I could give any future model is to just be prepared. Be prepared, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Being head strong in this industry is key. With a good head on your shoulders, you could do anything."

"Five things that I could not live without: my wife, the gym, food, music and of course, sex."

"The best thing about New York has to be the people. New York is a true melting pot. Being able to interact w/ people from all over the world in one small city is a beautiful thing. I definitely feel blessed to have been born and raised in NYC."

"When I was shooting out in California. I was traveling all along the west coast for an entire week. I had one more shoot left and I was traveling from San Francisco to L.A. At this point, I was physically, mentally and emotionally drained. My flight kept getting delayed and I spent almost 9 hours in the airport. I didn’t arrive to L.A. until almost 2 in the morning, having to shoot that same morning. At this point, my tank was on empty and I was worried that it would show in the images. To make a long story short, that particular shoot turned out to be one of my best shoots yet. The photographer and I connected and we were able to create magic that day. Somehow, everything came together and the photographer brought the best out of me. This was a modeling experience that I will never forget."

"Dealing with rejections is tough. I’ve dealt with rejections my whole life, but I never let them keep me down. Rejections are a part of life that we all have to deal with in one way or another. I try to just move on and deal with the next task at hand."

So how does Bryan prepares for a photo shoot? "Preparing for a photo shoot simply comes down to training hard and dieting. I start cutting my sodium, water, and carb intake about two weeks prior to the shoot. I also give my body about a week to rest before a shoot. This preparation requires extreme focus." As a personal trainer and someone who really value fitness and health, the gym is definitely an important outlet for Bryan, "With all the problems in the world, the gym is where I find peace. While in the gym a number of years ago, I met a photographer who was interested in taking pictures of me for his port. I wasn’t sure what to make of this guy, but I took a chance with him anyway. Once I had the images in my possession, I started sending them out to different people. I guess you could say, the rest is history. Whether I was a model or not, my body would still be in great shape. This is because I am passionate about what I do. This is not work, this is my life!!" His style when it comes to fashion? "I would have to say that my style varies. I believe in dressing for the occasion and never sticking to one particular style."

"To be honest with you….everytime a fan tells me how inspired they are from one of my images, that is when I say “I’m happy I’m a model”. Inspiration works both ways for me. I get inspired when I know that I am inspiring another individual."
