"I worked really hard to get my body to where it is now and I initially got into modeling for the exposure and to have something in film or print that I can show my kids/grandkids one day when my body doesn’t look this way anymore. Also, modeling means being beautiful on the inside and out."

"I do a lot of abs and cardio and right before the shoot I do a lot of pushups to get a good pump going."
"Grooming tips for new models? Get married and let your wife groom you however she wants. That works best for me! Seriously though, stay hydrated, stay rested and try to maintain your tan so you are always ready for a photo shoot."

"Most people will be surprised to know that I'm a very shy guy."
"Hopefully by the time my daughter is old enough to understand what modeling is and what I do, I will have turned modeling into something much more than a “hobby”. I will try to explain to her that I enjoy the attention, and my modeling began as a way to make extra money and quickly turned into a passion of mine. Plus, I like the idea of being able to show her pictures and prove to her that daddy wasn’t always fat and out of shape! Being a daddy has already changed my life and my baby girl isn’t even here yet! I find myself asking “would I want Alexis to see her daddy doing this?” or “Would I want Alexis doing this?"

"I believe the connection between sports and modeling, is that if you want to be good it takes a lot of hard work and dedication at both fields. I feel that with my build I could do good in fitness modeling, and would love to do some print work or commericals for Nike, Under Armour, Reebok, and etc. I've been playng sports since I could walk so I've built my body for sports. You need a good center core for all sports, it allows you to swing and change direction quickly. Upper body should be strong for sports, it helps you when your wrapping up to make a tackle or when you want to drive a ball far. Most important for sports is to have a solid base. Legs are great for speed, power, and balance, thats why you see so many pros with huge legs."
"Right after college I went and traveled Australia for a month. We started out in Sydney and ended our vacation in Kanes. It was in Australia that I surfed for the first time, scuba dived at the Great Barrier Reef and watched Australian Rugby. Australia was also the place where I sang karaoke for the first time! The adventure that would most likely shock people would be knowing I streaked through Downtown Orlando and also through Mobile, Alabama."

"It won’t happen overnight. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to develop a strong core and good looking abs. The best advice I can give is to do a lot of ab workouts, a lot of cardio, avoid sweets and after every workout try to put some protein back into your body and stay hydrated."

"I think my best features are my smile and my abs/biceps. I have worked really hard, going to the gym 2-3 hours a day and eating right, to get myself to where I am now."

"I have a very supportive family that supports me in everything I do. I have been very blessed that I have an understanding/supportive family so as long as I am comfortable with what I am doing and I can be proud of my work they will continue to support me because they just want me to be happy and to be myself."
"I love the Dallas Cowboys and the Atlanta Braves. I played rugby for 4 years in college, then on a mens team shortly thereafter, and recently I joined the Sarasota Saracens Mens Rugby Team. Playing sports is physical and I enjoy being part of a team. I like the comradery."

"I like black and white so much because it emphasizes the model and his/her body without the colors to draw you in."

"My Style? Laid back/casual. I prefer to wear cargo shorts or jeans and flip flops if I’m going out, but usually I wear basketball shorts or fitness clothes because that is when I am most comfortable."

So what's the wildest thing that Thomas had ever done? "My wife and I were on a cruise and I participated in a game where the contestants broke into teams and sent one male player on stage to compete. I was onstage with 30 other men and we stripped down to our boxer briefs/tighty whities and were sent around the room on a scavenger hunt. We asked random women for articles of their clothing. When the time was up we regrouped onstage with women’s bras, earrings, high heels, purses etc. and we had a dance competition. When the competition was over I was the only one left onstage in my boxer briefs because someone had stolen my clothes!" During his interview, he also shared some valuable tips for new models, "Work hard, eat right and set goals. If you have something to work hard to achieve it will make you push yourself harder. Remember to believe in yourself and don’t give up until you’ve reached your goal." Thomas had also done three runway gigs, so what's the biggest shock and challenges that he encountered during those events? "The biggest shock was how bright the lights were. They are almost blinding. The last two runway shows I did just recently had stairs so the biggest challenge was keeping my head up and looking straight ahead without falling down the stairs. However, the part I enjoy the most about doing runway is being the only person on the stage and being in the spotlight and hearing the crowd’s reaction and response."

"Each model knows how hard they have worked on their own bodies and everyone is different, but I would suggest working hard and eating right and believing in yourself. If you aren’t confident with yourself and can’t sell yourself on your own body how can you expect others to be sold?"
