Living in a studio type condo can really be challenging, space wise. Then grab couple of those clear plastic shoe boxes, we suggest getting the ones from Home Depot, they're like a buck something, you can stack them up on the floor if you're too lazy to put them up on the shelves or organize them right on your new shelves, away from the floor, its transparent so you can easily see the underwear that you would be going for, its better than your current plastic bag system. If you're worried about too much underwear visibility, you can easily get those sturdy carton boxes, or any box like basket where you can fit those clear shoe boxes.
